Initially I had began my journey as a personal trainer working within a health club, then whilst I was at university I had started to develop a passion for manual therapy during my Sports Massage unit.

Through university I practiced and had been assessed to level 4 Sports Massage standards, to finally in my 3rd year take on an additional Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy and Corrective Exercise Diploma. This required 100 treatments to be completed alongside case studies and has given me the extra tools I needed to provide exceptional manual therapy to a range of people and conditions.

Presently, I am providing Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy with an aim not only to relieve clients of their symptoms, but to also work to prevent them re-occurring, so clients do not spend money on numerous treatments with no long term progress. I have treated in both a physiotherapy clinic and a health club environment, however I am now primarily treating at the Spirit Health Club in Southampton and Strictly Beauty in Fareham.

I believe it is important always develop yourself which is why I am ensuring I regularly undertake CPD (Continued Professional Development) courses to enhance my knowledge and the quality of the treatments I provide.
